Gap Funding/Unmet Needs Project
Provides limited financial resources to assist participants in satisfying their essential unmet needs (food, dentures, eye glasses, medicine, etc.)
When funds are available!
Respite Care
Caregivers provide close supervision and activity monitoring of participant while family or main caregiver is out of the home.
Provides non-medical assistance, help with activities of daily living and some in-home assistance.
Medicare Part D
Provides assistance to anyone enrolled in Medicare. We are a S.H.I.P. (Senior Health Insurance Program) agency. Volunteer Services can help you choose a prescription drug plan and enroll you in a Medicare approved plan. Open enrollment is Oct. 15 - Dec. 7 every year.
