S.H.I.P, is a free statewide health insurance counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. SHIP is sponsored by the Illinois Department on Aging. This service, is offered statewide, and is available to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages. SHIP is not affiliated with any insurance company. And counselors do not sell or solicit any type of insurance.
